Before you begin
Measure over light clothing.
Use a flexible tape measure, keep it level and avoid pulling it too tightly. Compare your measurements with the size chart shown on the product page.

Measure around the fullest part, beneath the arms.

Measure around the natural waistline.
- 3Height
Measure without shoes, from floor to top of head.
